Scale
- 1-1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 2” pieces
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Dry off the chicken really well with paper towels. Add diced chicken to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder, and toss to coat with the flour.
- Heat a large heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil.
- Add the chicken when the oil is hot, in one layer (in batches if necessary) and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly browned. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes until lightly golden on the other side.
- Add in the garlic, butter and lemon juice, and scrape up any browned bits on the bottom of the pan. Cook until the chicken is done, about 1-2 minutes more or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
